✨ Let's take a look at the May housing market in our area! ✨

🌡Listings are up 1.8% from this time last year. The average sales price is up 3.5%. Inventory is up 1.8% 📈 over this time last year and closed homes are down .9%.

What does this look like for buyers and sellers? There is more inventory to choose from which is making this a more favorable time to purchase a home allowing the buyer to have more choices. Houses are selling at a higher cost than they were last year, so if you are considering selling your home... let's talk!!

My heart is bursting with gratitude as we finish celebrating the last of the end of school year graduations, awards, and celebrations. I am so proud of their hard work and determination. I love watching them grow! Being their mom is my favorite. Winning awards is NOT the primary focus. Building character and becoming who Christ created them to be is. However, I’m so glad that we can take time in May to celebrate all of our children and their accomplishments. I love watching our communities come together to cheer each other on. I love celebrating with each of the families that have overcome & keep pressing on. My heart rejoices in knowing how hard each student and family worked this year to show up & to watch them be honored so well by our great schools. We are truly blessed to live in Tennessee with some of the best neighbors, teachers, faculty, students, & families. It takes a village, and for that, thank you. 💗
