It’s never easy saying goodbye to a place that’s been part of so many chapters of your life.

We’ve had the privilege of watching this wonderful family grow and helping them through three different real estate transitions over the years. Today marks another meaningful milestone as they move closer to family and begin an exciting new chapter together.

At the same time, we’re thrilled for the new owners, who are transitioning into the ease and convenience of one-level living. This home has been well loved, and now it’s ready to welcome a new story.

They are wasting no time putting down roots, not only becoming part of their new community but immediately making a difference as a schoolteacher and a proud veteran, while two of their kids begin classes at East Tennessee State University.

About three months ago, we shared that we had purchased our very first investment property. Yesterday, we officially closed the door on that chapter.

This project challenged us in the best ways. After months of hard work, countless decisions, long days, and a lot of learning, seeing the transformation from where it began to where it ended has been incredibly rewarding.

There is no one I'd rather have by my side to set goals with, tackle challenges with, and celebrate the wins with than my best friend and partner in all things.

I'm so grateful for everyone who supported and encouraged us along the way.

One family made the difficult decision to leave their home in New York behind and move to Tennessee to be closer to the people they love. After settling here and putting down new roots, they’re beginning another chapter, moving even closer to the people who matter most.
