This one is extra special. About six months ago, Holly and I purchased the first of (hopefully) many investment properties.

Over the past few months, we’ve poured a lot into transforming this house into a move-in ready home, designed with two separate living spaces under one roof, all within walking distance to Historic Jonesborough. Even more exciting, the property will sit along the future First Frontier Trail, connecting Jonesborough and Johnson City with biking and walking paths.

Last month, there were 617 home sales, up 6.2% from last year, with a median sales price of $285,000, up 5.6% year-over-year.
