Did you know that before I was ever licensed I sold 2 houses! Obviously I didn't make any money because I wasn't licensed but I've always been passionate about Real Estate! I remember when Ricky and I bought our 1st house! Our realtor was Sherry Fury and I definitely was interested in Real Estate before I met her but she made such an amazing impression on me! She really became my friend ❤ at the time I wanted to be a Realtor but was busy being a stay at home wife and mom. Looking back I wish I would have went for it! Lol anyway, then I think about Eric and I buying my dream home. When Eric and I got together I was a single mother of 4 and working 80 hours a week and going to school to get my C.M.A 20 hours a week and had dreams of going to college to be an R.N. I lived in the low income apartments 🙃 😅 a few months.. later we rented a house, and after a year of renting we bought our current home!!! I have nothing against being a renter at all but I've always wanted to be a home owner. I've always wanted that stability for our kids! They deserve to not move from rental to rental it just gives me as a parent a sense of peace knowing we more than likely will never move again and that this will always be their home! I didn't really realize the significance of that growing up because my parents bought their house when I was 4, I lived there for pretty much 30 years 🏡❤ after getting older and moving here and there allll over the country 😶 I realized that I was blessed to have a permanent home growing up! I am glad to be back in my home town living in the home I've wanted since 15 years old 🏡❤ this house is sentimental to me and I literally can't believe we were able to buy it! Praise Jesus 🙌
