It is springtime! Take a walk outside your home. Look closely at your roof. How do the shingles, soffits, gutters and trim look? Make sure your gutters are working properly or you may have water coming in your house instead of away from your house. Rotting soffits and trim indicates water problem somewhere. Don’t wait to contact your insurance or they may say you have been negligent in caring for your home.
