This house didn't need a whole lot done compared to past houses, took a "break" on this one. On to the next!

Well, finished a triplex and just got it all leased out!
This had kind of been my side project for most of the year while I worked on a douplex but now both are done. This house definitely had more issues than it seemed like it did at first but it feels nice to finally have it all finished. Goin on a trip with the Fam tomorrow for a break.

We'll, it's been a long time coming but this douplex is finally done!
I learned a lot but won't be doing a rebuild like this anytime soon.

Closed on this property last week and have been hard at work to get it goin. As you can see there is a lot to do but still hoping to have this douplex done by the end of April!

Well, putting the finishing touches on the Florida house!
It's going to be a rental, so if you know anyone looking, send them my way because I'll start screening tenants in the next couple day or so.

Today Burgh Properties first property will be listed and it's both exciting and a relief. I bit off a lot on this first house because of it's age, size and how much work needed done on it but now it's done.
