The Carlin Team is hiring our next Executive Assistant & Listing Coordinator and we're putting out the call to our network first because the best hires almost always come from referrals.

Here's who we're looking for: someone who's detailed to the point that their friends tease them about it. Someone who genuinely loves picking up the phone. Someone who's tech-savvy, creative, who isn’t afraid to post often on social media and who is excited to talk about houses. They must have a servant heart and believe in treating clients like family…someone with a high sense of urgency who wants to be part of something bigger than themselves.

This person will own our day-to-day operations and be the right hand for our agents. Real estate experience is a plus but not required — we'll train you on the real estate piece. The values and the work ethic have to be there already.

It’s a full time position with a base salary plus performance bonuses, health insurance, paid time off, real coaching, and a path to grow with the team.
