/ – Segments of I-49 will be CLOSED to traffic for up to 16 days at a time as a project to replace the concrete pavement between I-44 and a point south of Route FF (32nd Street) in begins the week of April 5.

Contractor crews will remove and replace 1.4 miles of concrete pavement beginning in the southbound lanes. Both lanes of traffic will be closed in each direction ‘round the clock for up to 16 days. When that work is complete, the southbound lanes will be reopened to traffic and crews will move to the northbound lanes. Both northbound lanes will be closed ‘round the clock for up to 16 days while the old pavement is removed and replaced with new concrete.

It’s time to change your smoke alarm batteries. Statistically, home heating is the second leading cause of structure fires.

Colder temperatures + heating your home = increase in structure fires. Be safe this winter, ensure your smoke alarms are in working order and have fresh batteries.

We have upgraded our Inspection Software and will no longer have an issue opening reports from Phones. That should make things much easier for everyone.
