Expanding Our Legacy: Acquisition of TFS & Associates Survey Records

We are proud to announce that we have recently acquired the complete survey records from TFS & Associates in Lamar Missouri, a respected surveying firm with deep roots in our region. This acquisition represents a major step forward in our continued commitment to providing precise, efficient, and trustworthy surveying services.
The original TFS & Associates records date back to the early 2000s, documenting years of surveying work across southwest Missouri. More impressively, TFS & Associates had previously acquired a significant collection of survey records dating back to the 1960s. These invaluable documents cover a broad area including Bates, Barton, Vernon, Jasper, Dade, Cedar, and Polk counties.
With access to these additional survey records, we are now better equipped to serve both current and future clients. The expanded record base, covering a wider geographic area, not only supports and verifies our past work but also allows us to confirm existing property lines instead of reestablishing them from scratch. This improves accuracy, reduces fieldwork time, and lowers costs, ultimately providing greater efficiency and value to our clients.
This milestone also carries personal significance. Clint Engelage, the owner of TFS & Associates, was a dear friend whose dedication left a lasting impact on the surveying community. He will be greatly missed, but we hope that a part of his legacy will live on through the continued use and preservation of his firm’s records.
As we integrate these records into our operations, we look forward to continuing Clint’s tradition of excellence while expanding our ability to serve the people and communities of southwest Missouri with accuracy and integrity.
