Happy New Year! 🎉
As we head into 2026, we wanted to share a quick recap of 2025 at A.W. Properties LLC.

✔️ Grew by 100+ rental units across the south Metro & Southern MN

Happy Holidays all!

There is still time to move this year, if you are looking for a new place! Here are some of the properties we have available or coming available:

One Bedroom and Two Bedroom apartments at the Ember and Ash apartments in Waseca. Rents are ranging from $850-$1000 a month. Our crews are starting to turn over more units and have also started updating the common areas! We are looking forward to getting more residents into these buildings!

We have a 5 bedroom 1.75 bath house that is move in ready in Mankato! The rent is $1850 a month. This house has central air&heat, one stall garage, great location!

We have a 3 bedroom 1.75 bath house located just outside of New Prague on almost 3/4 of an acre! House has a fenced in yard, central air&heat, one car garage! The rent is $2150, and this house will be move in ready by January 1st, possibly sooner.

We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment located in a quiet 5-plex near downtown Belle Plaine, that will be available January 1st. The rent on this apartment is $1000 a month.

Hi all! Sorry, we haven’t been posting, we have been too busy remodeling, renting properties and trying our best to keep our residents and clients happy! This has been our busiest year yet, we aren’t slowing down (keep your eye out for the 2nd A.W. Properties truck driving around and say hi to Justin!)

We want to give a shoutout to all the residents who choose to live at one of our properties!

And another shoutout to all of our clients, for trusting us to manage their properties!

We’re excited to be getting back into larger multi-family property management, as a client has hired us to help them turn around a 48 unit apartment building in southern MN they recently purchased.

We hope everyone is staying warm! It’s been a busy start to the year for us, as we just signed another client. This client has a portfolio of properties in Faribault and Owatonna. Time is of the essence when turning over an apartment. At this new property we manage in Jordan, we were able to coordinate getting this apartment cleaned out, painted, new carpet&flooring installed, had the apartment cleaned and had the apartment rented to a new resident in a month!
