Woke up before the sun today and hit the ground running. Cheesy potatoes in the oven, cookies packed, presents wrapped, little ones dressed and out the door for our homeschool Christmas party. 🎄✨

After all the fun, we cruised back home so I could drop the kids off and head straight to a showing in Lytle. Wrapped up the day with a long call to the county appraisal district (because who doesn’t like talking about property taxes 😅).

Busy, productive, and full of all the things I love — my kids, my clients, and this wild, beautiful life.

Oh, I also fed my baby ducks some peas for the first time today. SO cute!
