🍎 Fall Apple Day Festival

🚗 Hot Dogs & Hot Rods

Vintage cars and an ice cream social? That’s an easy Saturday outing. Admission details weren’t posted.

🏈 K-State at Cincinnati
Saturday, Sept. 26 | 6 p.m. | Watch on ESPN2
The Wildcats are away this week, so this one’s a pizza-and-football-at-home plan. KU has a bye, but I’ll have my Jayhawks back on the list when they play! 😉

🎣 Kansas Bass Nation Championship
Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 26–27 | Milford Lake
A fun one for the fishing fans: the championship is happening right here at Milford. Check with the organizer for spectator and weigh-in details before heading over.

🦕 Sea Monsters Unearthed
Saturday | 10 a.m.–5 p.m.; Sunday | noon–5 p.m. | Flint Hills Discovery Center, Manhattan
Prehistoric sea creatures make this a great indoor backup if the weather doesn’t cooperate. Admission is $12 for adults and $7 for ages 2–17, plus tax; other discounts are listed at the link.
