These buyers knew exactly what they were looking for. They wanted the right home in a very specific area of Eugene, and they weren't interested in settling just to get a house.

Some closings are actually pretty straightforward. Then there are the ones that remind you exactly why having an experienced, hands on broker really matters.

This transaction required so much more than just simply getting a property from listed to sold. The property involved two separate lots, additional permitting considerations, and a number of details that required patience, communication, and careful attention throughout the entire process.

Lisanne was there every step of the way.
