This weekend I'll be adding a few raised garden beds, a new fence, some native plant landscaping, a screened in porch and maybe I'll paint my entire house.... what?

Have you noticed the ambition a reel makes you feel? They did it so quick! I'll just whip up a DIY porch table and a few built in benches.

I'm not mentioning this to deter you from DIY work, or getting inspiration from reels. But to remind you, and myself... your house takes time. It won't fall apart overnight...hopefully. Love it. Slowly.

Now excuse me while I go peruse the home depot app.

Hypothetically speaking…

This is not the same as casualty loss for insurance purposes. The key thing here is whether or not the transaction will continue. If the seller doesn’t handle repairs from happenings. (Most likely fire or even tornado damage here in Kansas.) then the buyer can exit the contract without liability.

The sellers path forward is a different story.
