We will be closed on Thursday and Friday. We will re-open for normal business hours on Monday, December 2nd.

If you have a rental property emergency, please call 785.210.2500 and press 1 to be transferred to our after-hours line. If there is no answer, leave a message and you will be called back promptly. For non-emergent work-orders, please place the maintenance request through your tenant portal.
