Bierschwale Land Company, LLC was formally created on January 1, 2010 by Paul Bierschwale, Aaron Bierschwale and Justin Bierschwale. Prior to the formation of the LLC, the company had operated as Bierschwale Appraisals. The change was in name only and the same services offered by Bierschwale Appraisals remain in place today. Since 1982, our office has offered full service appraisal, brokerage and

consulting services. Through the years, our office has provided valuation expertise, ligitation support and consultation services to our clients throughout the nation.
