🏡 A New Opportunity for First-Generation Homebuyers in Mono County
Buying a home in Mono County can be especially challenging, with limited inventory and higher housing costs making it difficult for many local families and workers to enter the market. The State of California’s Dream For All Down Payment Assistance Program may help make homeownership more attainable for eligible residents.
The program can provide up to 20% of a home’s purchase price — capped at $150,000 — to help with down payment and closing costs, reducing one of the biggest barriers to buying a home.
