Brad Westover is a Jupiter resident and has been brokering real estate in Palm Beach and Martin County for over 20 years. Frequently presenting at National and State Tax Collector Conferences on delinquent property taxes and tax lien certificates. Brad serves as the Executive Director of the National Tax Lien Association a n
on-profit trade group. In this capacity he meets with Florida Tax Collectors. Brad is a Certified Tax Lien Professional and has purchased $1.5 billion in tax lien certificates from 23 states. Last year Brad went homeless in Washington DC as a fundraiser for the National Coalition for the Homeless (and raised $20,600). Brad is an Eagle Scout and remains active with the Boy Scouts of America as a youth leader. He teaches a college course titled “Principles of Leadership”. Brad is actively involved in President Obama’s “United We Serve” campaign that is sponsored by the Corporation for National and Community Service with annual projects in South Florida. He holds a BA from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
