🏡🏡 If you care about affordable housing — be sure to sign this petition. The Florida legislator has basically been dipping into this fund over the years.

The original intent was for housing. By signing this petition we put on the ballot and vote that this money will stay in the fund that it was intended for. It’s definitely a pain to have to print it out, but it’s worth it.

💡For good or bad -- one of the reasons single family homes are SO scarce right now are because of BIG time investors.

🏡 As some one who loves helping new home buyers, I do wish there was less competition from these big wealth management companies.

📦 That's being said, with a few outside the box methods, we can help you find a home EVEN if you are a first time FHA home buyers.
