Real Estating™️ 🎉

Holly Meyer Lucas started using the phrase “real estating” over 10 years ago as an endearing way to describe the activities surrounding selling real estate professionally. The phrase took on a life of its own and has been a staple used in conversation and commercially by .lucas.team for the last decade.

Over the years, Holly’s small Lemonhead team trainings evolved turned into major industry events, and “Holly Meyer Lucas” quickly became one of the most sought after real estate speakers, coaches and mentors in the country.

In 2019 .companies formalized Real Estating as a formal real estate coaching, resources, and community-based mentorship company.

Since then, Holly and her team have trained hundreds of real estate agents on how to do all the “real estating” things. And this year, we finally made it official registering the trademark formally.

But a lot of real estate agents don’t think about it that way. Most content is just listings and closings… and while that’s important, it doesn’t really give people a reason to feel connected to you.

The agents who are growing right now are doing things a little differently:
• Sharing their story and how they got started
• Letting people see how they think, not just what they sell
• Staying consistent with their tone and message
