After an incredible 27-year journey with Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, our beloved Donnie Drake is retiring! Donnie has been more than just a colleague; he’s been a cornerstone of our team, a mentor, and a friend to all.

From his early days with us to his final projects, Donnie's dedication, expertise, and unwavering positive spirit have left an indelible mark on our company. His contributions have been instrumental in shaping the success and culture of Rendina, and we are deeply grateful for everything he has done.

As Donnie embarks on this new chapter, we wish him endless joy and relaxation. May his retirement be filled with adventure, happiness, and all the things he loves.

Time lapse of construction for The Jackson Clinic-Baptist Outpatient Campus, a first-of-its-kind, 155,000-square-foot medical campus in Jackson, Tennessee.

The two-story, $80 million development is home to a 51,000-square-foot outpatient surgery department, diagnostic services, 12 patient exam rooms, Green Frog Coffee & Grill on the first floor and 136 patient exam rooms on the second floor. The outpatient surgery department, managed by Baptist, includes 34 pre- and post-outpatient beds with four secluded rooms for children, two endoscopy rooms, eight operating rooms, eight post-anesthesia care units and a vascular lab.
