One of my favorite neighborhoods, still kind of a best kept secret. Along the Loxahatchee River Road corridor so you’re in a prime location and it is all residential up here. It is in a highly regarded school zone, absolutely adored by active families that appreciate character in a home, value bigger lots, beautiful established trees, nice setbacks and lake views everywhere. It’s one not to miss.

Just sold at 13004 Harbour Ridge in Palm City.

I couldn't be happier for this sweet client. After being a member at Harbour Ridge Golf & Country Club for more than 30 years and previously living in the community, she's officially moved back.

This beautifully renovated, fully furnished home was exactly what she was looking for. Being able to purchase it turnkey made the transition that much easier and checked all the boxes for this next chapter.

This one closed in June, and I'm still swooning over the incredible transformation by Home Theory Design & Cabinetry of Jupiter. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, resulting in a timeless and incredibly well-designed showstopper.

The market responded exactly as we'd hope. We got an impressive number for the neighborhood, and I couldn't be happier for my sellers.

Congratulations to my sellers on a fantastic result, and well done to the Home Theory Design & Cabinetry team for bringing this vision to life. It was such a fun home to represent.

104 SE Mira Lavella is officially under contract!

What a fun one this is. We had incredible interest, multiple offers, and a competitive bidding process that ultimately drove the final contract price more than $100,000 over asking.

The highest number isn't always the only factor we consider, especially on a property of this caliber. We evaluated every detail, negotiated strategically, and ultimately put together the offer that gave my seller the strongest overall position.

I'm so happy for my seller and we are all incredibly excited for the buyers, who will soon call this amazing trophy estate home. It's one of those transactions where everyone walks away excited about what's ahead, and those are always my favorite.

My buyer knew almost immediately it was the right fit, and it wasn't hard to see why. Completely renovated, move-in ready, and right by the beach. Now it's hers.

Super excited to share that I was the #1 agent in the ONE Sotheby’s Jupiter office in June.

I helped a longtime local say goodbye to his forever home and make way for the next family to build memories there. I helped friends get into their forever home, a relocating family make Jupiter home, and the kindest downsizer go from 7,000 sqft to under 2,000 sqft.

I helped the best flippers in Jupiter sell one of their beautiful homes, someone from my church buy an investment property that means a lot, and helped with a 1031 exchange into an awesome Jupiter property that is going to make an amazing Airbnb.

I really love what I get to do every day.

And I’m incredibly lucky that my clients are smart, respectful, fun to work with and trust me with some pretty big decisions.

I appreciate the support from you more than I can say. Every referral, every introduction, every person who throws my name out in a room when I’m not there to thank them for it... thank you.

I know that is a huge part of why I get to do what I do.
