The Loxahatchee River corridor is some of my favorite real estate in Jupiter, and for good reason.

This pocket feels different. It’s entirely residential, with larger lots and neighborhoods where families can truly spread out and enjoy the lifestyle. Add in top-rated school zones, the Loxahatchee River and easy access to everything Jupiter offers, and it’s easy to see why people love living here.

I’m excited to share that I just closed on a beautiful home in Eagles Nest. We went under contract in just a few days with multiple offers and got full asking price for my seller 🤩

My seller was incredible to work with. He trusted the process completely and showed up in every way. He painted, decluttered, moved furniture, handled prep items, and did everything we asked to position the home at the highest level.

We brought in staging guidance, deep cleaning, pressure washing, and made sure every detail was dialed in before launch. He had even installed a brand new AC right before going live.

Most importantly, he did it all with a great attitude and total trust in the process.

I’m really happy to get him this win as he moves on to his next chapter, and I’m excited for a new family to get to call this special neighborhood home.

May was a good one.

It's funny because everywhere you look, someone is talking about how "bad" the market is. I am here to tell you, that is not true.

My sellers are getting wins. Multiple offers, strong terms, full-price offers. Buyers are absolutely showing up for the right homes.

My buyers are getting wins too, negotiating credits and finding opportunities where properties have sat a little longer.

More than anything, I've just had the privilege of working with some really incredible families this year. I have legit the best clients.

On the personal side, I'm over here sobbing that my youngest graduated preschool. Ok so not really crying but I am sad. Not because my baby is growing up, she is supposed to do that, but because we are closing the chapter on our time at the sweetest little preschool there ever was. Our First Pres family has given us the very best experience over the years and it has been such a blessing. I am genuinely going to miss the drop-offs, the teachers, the families, and all the memories we made there.

And now.. somehow it is already summer.

The summer market has come out swinging and I absolutely love it. Families are making moves, inventory is creating opportunities, and there is a lot of activity happening right now.

We've got our Jupiter summer bucket list ready to go, and I'm looking forward to checking things off one by one. I also have a list of summer camps, day camps and all the things to do if anyone needs ideas.

I'm excited for what's ahead and grateful for every family that trusts me to help them through such a big life decision.

Most buyers relocating to Jupiter focus on the wrong things first.

They fall in love with the house before understanding the insurance costs.

They assume flood zones work the same way they do elsewhere.
They treat days on market like a red flag when that is simply not how the Jupiter market operates.

My clients aren’t shopping for a warm body with a license. They already know better than that.

There’s a difference between hiring a real estate agent and hiring a real estate advisor. Most people don’t know that difference exists until it costs them.

When you click “contact agent” online you’re not getting matched by expertise. You’re getting connected to whoever paid the referral fee. This is not a knock on those agents, this is simply the business model that the big online portals use.

I think it’s misleading that you, the potential client, are unaware of how it works because they aren’t required to tell you. The agent on the other side of that “book a tour” button is typically a newer or transactional agent, working at a massive discount by the time the platform and their team take their cut. They aren’t spending time learning your market. They’re working volume. But you still pay full price. That just doesn’t track for me.

If you’re paying full price, you deserve full service.

I optimize for outcomes. I use market knowledge to build leverage for my clients. I listen to what they actually need, then I go get it. Not through improvisation. Through a system I’ve built and tested, with the kind of intentional ex*****on that makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. I’m proactive, not reactive. I won’t tell you what you want to hear if it’s not true. I’m not here to yes you. I’m here to optimize your outcome.

My clients want someone who knows their street, their neighborhood, what sold and what didn’t, not because they looked it up but because they live it.

I grew up in Jupiter. I live here. I sell here. I study this market. I am in these neighborhoods every day. I know what buyers are saying yes to right now, why they are passing on certain homes, and what marketing strategies actually work. In my opinion, that should be a prerequisite to sitting across your dining table presenting strategy to sell your home. So interview agents. Ask the right questions. And make sure you’re not hiring someone whose only qualifications are the actual prerequisites of this job: a pulse and a license 🫠
