The growth in downtown West Palm Beach is really unbelievable. We lived downtown years ago (in our younger days) and really loved the proximity to everything. We love to walk and WOW- now it’s really walkable! We spent the afternoon with clients touring the new Mr. C property going up in downtown and it’s really intriguing. The amenities are top notch and it could potentially be a perfect investment or a 2, 3rd or even 4th pied a terre. Let me know if you want more information.
