Single-family homes recorded 112 closed sales with a median price of $1,059,500. Townhomes and condos saw 76 closed sales with a median price of $535,000.
Homes are taking a little more time to go under contract, and buyers currently have more options to explore, especially in the condo and townhome market.

Of course, these numbers tell only part of the story. Your neighborhood, property type, condition and price point all play a role in what your home may be worth.
