All Local Real Estate Agents: Urgent! Read & Share This!
After more than 25 years in the real estate industry, I’ve seen how traditional brokerages take a significant bite out of agents’ hard-earned commissions. It’s time for that to change.
That’s why I’ve created a new co-op brokerage model—where agents keep 100% of their commissions and avoid the endless stream of junk fees.
I have reached my goals over the years, now it's time to give some back to help others.
No tech fees, no franchise cuts, no desk fees, no E&O insurance charges—and yes, even no NAR or local board membership fees!
Here’s the truth:
It’s the agent who does the hard work, not the brokerage or the board.
Most agents are essentially renting a name and logo at an absurdly high price, only to watch their commission check evaporate with deductions.
They even hand out bogus “prestigious” awards to keep agents feeling recognized—just enough to keep them from questioning where their money is really going.
It’s a distraction tactic. If you’re bringing in the business and doing the work, you don’t need a plaque—you deserve your full commission and the freedom to build your brand, not someone else’s empire.
I remember the frustration of seeing those pay stubs—line after line of fees eating away at what I had earned. That frustration lit the fire in me to challenge the status quo and put an end to corporate greed in real estate.
Agents can now run their businesses without cutting corners, while keeping 100% of their commissions.
Instead of handing money over to a brand name, they can invest those thousands into building their own brand—one that reflects their values, reputation, and vision.
In my opinion, the only agents who might benefit from the traditional corporate brokerage model are those just starting out—fresh from licensing school and in need of basic training classes.
But for experienced professionals? It’s time to break free and take control.
Stop renting a trademark and being a follower. Build your own name — and take control of your future.
