Construction Update | Pennock Point
Construction is really starting to take shape at the new Pennock Point property, and we wanted to share an exciting update on the progress.
Inside the home, drywall has officially been completed, marking an important milestone as we move into the next phase of construction. Tile installation will soon begin in the bathrooms, while the hardwood floors throughout the home are also getting underway. At the same time, our cabinet maker has begun the process of crafting the custom cabinetry, ensuring the interior construction continues seamlessly. Interior millwork throughout the home will also begin shortly, adding another layer of detail and character to the spaces.
Outside, the transformation is just as impressive. The brand-new seawall has been completed, and the pool has really begun to take shape. Pool tile and coping will be arriving on site in the coming days and will soon be ready for installation.
With exterior site work continuing, you can really begin to appreciate just how expansive and grand this property will be. The tongue-and-groove detailing has also been completed, with staining coming next. Combined with the completed exterior painting, these finishes will bring out the classic charm and timeless character of the home.
These are exciting times at Pennock Point, and we can& #39;t wait to see the interior begin to catch
up with the incredible progress happening outside.
