Rosie was great, very responsive to any calls or texts when I needed something. Often times she would be working late into the night as I would receive replies at 8-9 pm when others had shut down for the day. I had a very frustrating lender, and closing and Rosie went the extra mile calling the lender and smoothing things over with the buyers to keep us going. If I were to buy another house in the area, I would, without question, use Rosie again.

Rosie helped us find the perfect second home in Palm Beach Gardens and we are incredibly appreciative of her A+ effort. We were unique in that all of the homes Rosie showed us, were shown to us not in person, but through FaceTime as we were in Chicago. Rosie showed us numerous homes to help us better understand what we really wanted and needed, and what we would have to pay to get it. She was extremely patient, extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and incredibly organized. She ensured that our closing was done on time and all the 3rd party providers (lender, appraiser, title company, insurance agent, etc.) were all working together to make our process as seamless as possible.
