The Palmer Group

Kathy Palmer is the team leader of the PALMER REALTY GROUP at Keller Williams... one of the most recognized and trusted names in luxury real estate in South Florida. She is a modern-day pioneer, a real-estate professional who specializes in acre-plus home sites throughout Western Palm Beach and Martin Counties, as well as premier waterfront, club communities, and luxury properties. Her team specializes in real estate in all price ranges in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. In recent years, Kathy made headlines with a $10 million sale in the Ranch Colony Estates subdivision – the most expensive transaction on the books for inland Martin County to this day. Kathy is recognized as the #1 luxury real estate agent in total sales volume in her market between 2004-2015. Kathy's favorite aspect about being a realtor is forming relationships with Sellers and Buyers. She turns property showings into adventures when she piles clients into her sporty Kawasaki Mule Utility Vehicle, packs a cooler filled with cold drinks, and sets out to explore the properties. Kathy, and all members of her team, make the process of buying and selling homes enjoyable and fulfilling.

“Working at KW Luxury allows me to spend time doing what I love to do – being with people, selling property, and assisting my clients to attain their real estate goals!”
