📊 July 2026 PBC Real Estate Update

• Sales: ⬆️ 11% in PBC | ⬆️ 21% in Northern PBC
• Prices: ⬆️ 27% in PBC | ⬆️ 50% in Northern PBC
• Days on Market: ⬇️ in both markets
• Inventory: ⬇️ More than 20% in both markets

July’s numbers show strong buyer activity combined with a significant drop in available homes. More sales, higher prices, shorter market times and less inventory all point to a market that continues to favor well-positioned properties.

Northern Palm Beach County was particularly strong, with sales up 21% and average prices up 50% compared with last year.
While these year-over-year numbers are impressive, the market can vary dramatically by community and price point. Understanding what is happening in your specific market is what really matters.
