Quick myth to clear up if you're house-hunting in Tequesta with rental flexibility in mind: no HOA does not mean no rental rules.

It's quieter than Jupiter, less crowded than Palm Beach, and built around the water, boating, fishing, a golf course that's been there longer than most of the development around it, and a downtown you can actually walk.
