Not my listing but I would love to help a buyer on this one. I have no idea how this property has lasted as long as it has, but somebody is going to snag this soon. 55-482 Palekana St. It's not super modern or anything but it's in great shape. Very well maintained. It's got a newer roof. 27 solar panels. Good parking and located right in the heart of Laie within a couple minutes walking distance to the shopping center. 54-247 Honomu St is a cool little property. It is two bed one bath but the interior's been renovated somewhat recently and there's a flex space in back as well as a rooftop deck and a lot of covered carport space that could be used creatively. If anybody's looking for a rental this summer, this is a great one. Friend of mine is renting out his property while they are away from about mid-may till mid-august. It's in Kaaawa and they are asking $5,000 a month for a three bed. Two bath on roughly 20,000 ft of land. There's a couple who rents a bottom one-bedroom unit from them, but the main house that you see in the post is what's being offered this summer. If there's any interest let me know and I can connect you with the owner. Just doing this to help them find people but the rental agreements and everything will be direct with the owner.
