Maui Luxury Market – Week Ending March 21, 2026

This week came with an asterisk.

Maui took a pounding from back-to-back Kona storms—rain, mudslides, road closures… and for about 10–12 days, real estate was almost shut down.

Here’s what we saw:

• 1 home closed (after 125 DOM + price adjustment)
• 0 pendings
• 3 “new” listings… but really relistings
• 2 homes cancelled (including $10M+ range)
• Continued price reductions

So what’s really going on?

👉 Buyers didn’t disappear—but they definitely paused
👉 Sellers are still trying to find the market
👉 And pricing is still the lever that moves things

We’re heading into the final stretch of the winter season…

Does the slowdown create pent-up demand? Or do buyers stay patient?
