Maui marked its second straight month of rising sales, continuing a steady rebound from February’s lows. While single-family homes are taking a bit longer to sell, prices have held firm, unlike on other Hawaiian Islands where values are starting to slip.

Meanwhile, condos remain under pressure due to elevated inventory levels. Buyer confidence will be a key factor in the months ahead, though it is still too early to know which direction the market will take.

Calling all community champions!
I'm excited to share that the Real Estate for Change Grant from Coldwell Banker Island Properties is now accepting nominations—and this year, we’ve doubled our impact with $20,000 in total grants, offering up to $5,000 per island.

If you know a local 501(c)(3) non-profit doing incredible work in our community, this is a great opportunity to support their mission. Applications are open now, and up to three organizations per island will be selected to receive funding by early June.
