This week's zip code breakdown vs. last Monday:

Lahaina/Kaanapali (96761): 91 → 108 (biggest jump)
Wailuku (96793): 69 → 80
Kahului (96732): 13 → 17
Kihei/Wailea (96753): 151 → 147 (still the most listings on the island)
North Shore (96779 & 96708): 52 → 48
Makawao/Pukalani (96768): 26 → 25

What this means:
Renters - a bit more breathing room this week, especially in Lahaina/Kaanapali and Wailuku
Owners - inventory's up slightly, worth checking in on your pricing to stay competitive
