Sue Brown Realty & Associates is a family owned & operated full service Real Estate Company for Real Estate Residential Sales under Sue Brown, Broker. We were founded on the same principles that has carried Sue through her 16 years as a Realtor and previously in her 20-year career teaching children which is the importance of honesty, integrity, trust and respect. The success of the brokerage is backed by Sue's illustrious real estate career which began in 2003. Her success is easy to measure since Sue has been the Island's Top Producing Realtor since 2009 for North and South Kona (the area extending from the Kona Airport through to the South Kona/Kau Districts boundary.) In 2007 she was chosen as Realtor of the Year by the West Hawaii Association of Realtors and in 2011, 2014, & 2016-2018 she was listed among the state's top 100 realtors in Hawaii Business Magazine. Sue was also recognized in 2019 as a Top 100 Realtor for Hawaii Island by the Hawaii Business Magazine. Husband Hilary joined her in business in 2006 when he retired as the President of MacFarms of Hawaii. Hilary brought with him a wealth of knowledge in land and farms spanning years and different continents. Sue Brown Realty & Associates was established in June 2016 when Sue's youngest son Tim and his family moved back to the Kona area after being in the Denver, Colorado area since 1998. Tim obtained his Realtor license in 2016 and brings a wonderful perspective to the family operations with his background in Finance. Tim’s wife Ally with her background in Accounting, currently serves as the Office Manager/Accountant for the brokerage and does have plans to obtain her real estate license as well.
