🥇1st in Hawaii to be a Residential Real Estate Probate Specialist! 🎉 As a member of the Hawaii Estate Planning Council it felt only fitting! As someone who has helped orchestrate hundreds of trust and probate related property sales and buys it just seemed like fun! I took the first available class via a mainland simulcast (literally stayed up all night to take the class) and passed the exam easily.

Property sales out of decedent estates and court mediated estates are a totally different ballpark from a usual transaction. Different parties, court involvement, many more steps and pieces of paperwork! Hey folks, just wanted to make everyone aware of this new “affordable” development. I was at the NAIOP (commercial realty association) meeting when it was announced. Lots of interesting details— parking guaranteed and entrances split by level and building. You will see a flood of information on this community soon.
