5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Jessica Takayesu by Noah S - Jessica was real professional about everything that she did with us, always kept us updated with information, she explained to us step by step the process, and if we had a question about something or didn't understand , she would explain to us what it was and made sure we understood, especially us being first time home buyers we had some questions to ask and a lot to try process and she had no problem with it, she made sure we was getting the right info and the most professional service we could get and made sure we was on the right track, she even had us do phone calls over the phone while we would go over all the paperwork to docusign which was a lifesaver if you ask me, i even would call her in the late hours like 7, 8 at night because i needed help trying to figure out something or had more question, or a little problem i had to figure out during the whole process of buying, and with no problem she was there helping me along the way, 100% hard worker, 100% dedicated, 100% highly recommend to anybody, on another note, while we was checking out houses she made sure we would let her know what house we was gonna go look at she would run the numbers and send us the breakdown of the place and a estimate monthly mortgage and closing cost so when we look at the place atleast we would kinda know what we will be looking at money wise , always ahead of the game, she is so good, and so helpful, 100% dedicated to her customers, highly recommend Jessica Takayesu

Communication was the key and on point, even with my mom who assisted us with the gift funds.
There were times I felt like I was losing the battle in the process due to some changes but she was there to help encourage us.
All and all the hurdles and twisty roads were overcome and we can now create new memories.

She also went through the paperwork and explainaed everything thouroughly. She is very personable and she made us feel very comfortable discussing everything with her. She is very knowledgeable about all the legal matters and we felt we could trust her to handle all the paperwork for us. Most importantly, we didn't feel pressured to signing things in a hurried manner. I would recommend her to all my friends.
