What a weekend it was.
Flooding, power outages… and we bought a new house. Now the real project begins — restoration mode activated.

Hawaiʻi doesn’t do Daylight Savings — and there’s a reason for it.
Our daylight hours don’t shift much throughout the year, so changing the clocks wouldn’t make a meaningful difference. Instead, we stay on Hawaiʻi Standard Time all 12 months.
That means twice a year, the time difference between Hawaiʻi and the mainland changes… even though we don’t.

It’s one of those small-but-important things that shapes daily life here — from scheduling calls to catching flights to connecting with loved ones across the ocean.

Island time isn’t just a vibe. It’s literally how we run. 🌺

Aloha, I’m Megan. 🫶🏽🌺

I realized it’s been quite a while since I properly introduced myself on here. The last time I did one of these was back in November of 2024, and since then a lot of new people have found this page — so it felt like a good time to say hello again.

I’m a real estate agent here on Oʻahu and I’ve now been licensed for about four years. My interest in real estate started before that though. When I was 25, I bought my first condo. At the time I honestly didn’t think homeownership was something that was possible for me until someone encouraged me to explore it. That experience completely shifted my perspective and it’s a big reason why I love helping other people realize it might be possible for them too. ✨

My husband and I have called Oʻahu home for almost a decade now. Like anyone who lives here knows, life on the island has its challenges — but the community, the people, and the beauty of this place make it incredibly special.

One thing I’ve learned working in real estate here is that it’s never really just about houses. It’s about people making big life decisions — first homes, moves across the ocean, growing families, new chapters. Being trusted to guide someone through that process is something I take really seriously.

Outside of real estate you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, enjoying being outside, or taking advantage of everything this island has to offer. 🏝️
