The company was founded by long-time Hawaii resident, Jeremy Sosner, who has spent 30 years in hospitality and resort management with Hyatt Hotels, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Mauna Kea Resort and Hualalai Development Company, home to the award-winning Four Seasons Resort. g Hualalai in 2000, Jeremy put his marketing and real estate skills to work forming Hualalai Villas and Homes for then owner, Kajima Corporation that provides high quality property management services for Hualalai homeowners, including housekeeping, maintenance, marketing and vacation rental sales. After 12 years on the Big Island, Jeremy and his family relocated back to their home on Oahu in 2009. “ As much as we enjoyed living on the neighbor islands, it’s nice to be back in Honolulu and we love living in Kailua. It’s a great little beach town with wonderful restaurants, shopping and two of the best beaches in Hawaii – Kailua and Lanikai. Jeremy became a licensed Hawaii Real Estate Broker in 2007 and is a privileged member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors. In his spare time, he leads the Men’s Ministry of Hope Chapel Kahala, that provides community service work to the Kahala community. He is also a volunteer coordinator with the Blood Bank of Hawaii. Jeremy and his wife Sissy, an agent with Coldwell Banker Pacific reside in Kailua with two of their four children.
