This is my 4th closing in the last 2 months and in this case, being quick got us the deal. My clients had fallen in love with Bluestone, a beautiful townhome complex in Kailua. We had seen others but they weren't perfect for them. Then this one came on the market. 24 hours after it went live on MLS, we were in escrow. They received a back up offer the next morning. My Buyers are thrilled to call this lovely 3 bed/ 2 1/2 bath townhome their retirement home in Hawaii.
