It was a privilege to have the opportunity to have co-founder and CEO of Sun Title, Tom Cronkright, come and visit our office last week.

As a licensed attorney who understands the legal nuances of the real estate transaction with a keen emphasis on cybersecurity, Tom also co-founded a proprietary wire fraud recovery and prevention company, CertifID, which is used by title companies across the industry to be an intermediary between people's hard earned money and the closing table. With wire fraud being a multi-billion dollar industry and growing, it is great to be in league with people that stand in the gaps for the most vulnerable to these schemes.

Thank you Tom, and by etension, Sun Title and the rest of their team, for being a valued partner for many of our agents! The real estate and title industries don't go without one another, so we are grateful to have partners who make our jobs easier and look out for our clients.

Some of our Graystone team had the pleasure of attending a luncheon supporting Open Doors Kalamazoo, an incredible organization doing meaningful work right here in our community.

Open Doors supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing programs and resources designed to help them find safe, stable housing and get back on their feet. Their goal is more than simply providing a place to stay—they work alongside individuals to help create a path toward long-term housing stability and independence.

As a privately funded organization, Open Doors relies heavily on the generosity of individuals and local businesses to continue this important work in our community.
