We recently moved back to B.C. after spending 13 years in FL. Debbie Stuck helped us find housing. We were hoping for a no-outside-maintenance condo, and that’s what we found. We didn’t make it easy for her. We tend to be very thorough. We went over to view it 3 days in a row. The third trip was on Father’s Day! And we spent a lot of time each visit. When two more condos became available in a different subdivision she got us in to see them the same day. We decided on the first condo and with some wise advice she led us through the process of making an offer. After the sellers' acceptance, she did a great job of keeping us on track. She helped us complete all the HOA forms that had to be submitted quickly. Then . . . only so many days to get inspections done. Then . . . only so many days to let sellers know of requested repairs. Then . . . meeting at the condo to go over sellers' response and view repairs and signing our acceptance. Then . . . deciding on a closing date while working around an out-of-town trip that came up. She deftly led us through the entire process, one-step-at-a-time, and on time! She has a lot of patience and years of knowledge. We would highly recommend Debbie Stuck for anyone in need of property buying or selling.
