DID YOU KNOW: that if students don’t have proper outdoor attire, they can’t go out for recess? It is proven how important recess is for physical activity, cognitive development, social and emotional development, academic performance AND classroom behavior.

NextHome ONE is partnering with 12th Street Elementary for a Warm Kids Drive now through December 20th!

SPECIFIC NEEDS New or (VERY} Gently used:

Snow Pants NEEDS - Prefer black so can be used for all students!
4 x 7/8 Size, 4 x 10/12 Size, 2 x 14/16 Size, 2 x18/20 Size

Boot NEEDS - gender specified - 3 x Size 4 girls; 3 x Size 7 men’s ; 3 x Size 1 boys; 3 x Size 1 (girls)

Hats, mittens and scarves are always needed however the school specifically requested snow pants and boots!

Prior to buying our current home, this home listed by Mike Kemerling of BHHS, was (and still kind of is) my hubs and my dream home!

This home is beautiful! It is a "U" shape around a pool. I love that the owners left some iconic midmod nods while moderizing the home along the way. The speak easy in the basement? Well, that just speaks to me! The dedicated gym space? Perfection for Michigan. Private pool with loads of entertaining? Ummmm YES PLEASE! Large lot perfect for Rover!

I love that painted the trim black! I think it really looks modern with the brick.

Don't mind me, just drooling over every detail in this home.

We are looking for amazing vendor sponsors for our 2nd annual NextHome ONE Community Trunk or Treat Event.

Last year we had over 150 kids through our little parking lot! It was a blast!
