🏡 Congratulations to my amazing buyers on the closing of their new home! 🎉

In today’s competitive market, this one was extra special. We were up against another offer, and I’m thrilled that the sellers accepted our offer!

This move means so much because my buyers are relocating to be closer to their children and grandchildren—a wonderful new chapter filled with more family time and cherished memories.

It truly is a small world. During the process, we discovered that my clients’ daughter works with the listing agent’s son, and he also knew & served with my son, Christian. 💙 Those unexpected connections were a meaningful reminder of how intertwined our communities really are.
