Sielatycki received both his finance and law degrees from the University of Michigan. He began his law practice at the national law firm Winston & Strawn, representing many Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft and McDonald’s, before starting his own law firm. Sielatycki provides legal counsel to corporate clients and other private business interests, with focused expertise in real estate and economic development, including tax credit acquisition, financing, environmental protection, and syndication. This real estate expertise allows Omni to provide brokerage services for the most sophisticated commercial transactions as well as to solve problems for even the most routine residential sales. Koleszar acquired her real estate license after years of interest in the industry and personal experience in buying, selling, and remodeling residential real estate. Katie has a degree from Western Michigan University, and has acquired four different homes, both internationally in Switzerland and locally in Zeeland, Michigan. Her experience working with the Zeeland Public Schools for the last 3 1/2 years gives her a distinct familiarity with the area and surroundings - as schools are the nucleus of a community and often a starting point for families when looking for a residence. Katie's top priority is to advocate for her clients by maintaining effective communication, keeping their best interests in mind, and successfully negotiating on their behalf. Mr. Weener is an up and coming force in the real estate market, focusing primarily on residential transactions for his clients. After completing his degree at Indiana Wesleyan University, Kyle returned to Michigan where he purchased a home, in Portage, at the young age of 21. During this process, he quickly learned that he excelled in negotiation, meeting the needs of clients and real estate agents, and exploring all the creative and plausible ownership options available. Kyle obtained his real estate license in order to help his clients to feel more informed and comfortable with one of the biggest financial decisions they could make - purchasing or selling a home. Kyle is passionate about helping others navigate the real estate market and equipping individuals, families, and businesses to make well-informed decisions that lead to beneficial transactions.
