September has been BUSY, y’all. 🏡💙

I looked up and realized I have three of my own listings hitting the market at the same time—and each one is completely different!

From a sweet downtown home under $200K, to another Westwood Kalamazoo home coming soon, to an income-producing investment opportunity with four lots…there’s a little bit of everything happening over here. 😂

But this is the part of real estate I really love. Every one of these signs represents a client who trusted me with a big decision, a property with its own story, and hopefully the beginning of someone else’s next chapter.

So yes…September is September-ing. 😂 And I’m grateful, busy, and ready to get these babies SOLD!

If you’ve been thinking about buying, selling, investing—or you’re just curious about what’s happening in the market—**come talk to me. 💙

FYI Kalamzoo Homeowners 📣

You may have recently received a letter in the mail about optional sewer/septic service line coverage and wondered if it’s legitimate. It is, but the coverage is completely optional.

The City of Kalamazoo works with Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA) to make optional service line protection available to property owners. The letters are sent by SLWA and are not a bill or requirement from the City.

Why is this coverage offered? Property owners are generally responsible for the sewer service line that connects their home to the public sewer system. If that portion of the line becomes clogged, damaged, or needs to be replaced, the property owner may be responsible for the cost of repairs.

The optional SLWA program is one way homeowners can choose to protect themselves from some of those unexpected repair costs. You are not required to enroll, and you can simply disregard the letter if you are not interested in the coverage.

Receiving a letter also does not mean there is a known problem with your sewer service line. It is simply an offer for optional coverage available through the City's partnership with SLWA.

There’s something powerful that happens when you sit at a table with people who get it. People who are building, dreaming, stretching, and navigating the same kind of responsibility and vision you are.

Entrepreneurship can feel isolating if you let it. It’s not meant to be done alone.

Real growth happens in rooms like this:
✨ Where ideas are exchanged freely
✨ Where challenges are spoken out loud (and solved together)
✨ Where collaboration turns into opportunity
✨ And relationships turn into real, sustainable success

Because the truth is your network isn’t just about who you know… it’s about who you build with. The people who SHARPEN you, SUPPORT you, and sometimes even CHALLENGE you to think bigger than you were planning to.

And let’s be honest… when the alignment is really strong, you don’t just think alike—you show up dressed alike too 😂

Here’s to building businesses and building each other. 💙💙
