Looking out from our rooftop this morning, the view is a little hazy... 🌫️ The Canadian wildfire smoke has made its way to Michigan, making the outdoor air pretty tough to breathe.

🏢 Holiday Hours Update & Celebration! 🏢
Please note that our leasing and management offices will be closed tomorrow, Friday, June 19th, in observance of Juneteenth. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday!

✨ What is Juneteenth?
Juneteenth (a combination of "June" and "Nineteenth") marks the day in 1865 when news of emancipation finally reached enslaved people in Galveston, Texas—a full two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed. It is a powerful day of reflection, freedom, and community.

💡 Fun Fact: Juneteenth is actually the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States, and it officially became a federal holiday in 2021!
