Please note that our leasing and management offices will be closed tomorrow, Friday, June 19th, in observance of Juneteenth. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday!

✨ What is Juneteenth?
Juneteenth (a combination of "June" and "Nineteenth") marks the day in 1865 when news of emancipation finally reached enslaved people in Galveston, Texas—a full two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed. It is a powerful day of reflection, freedom, and community.

💡 Fun Fact: Juneteenth is actually the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States, and it officially became a federal holiday in 2021!

Please note that our leasing office will be unexpectedly closed for the remainder of this week. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation during this time!

We were incredibly saddened to hear the news about our neighbors over at Wildwood Apartments being displaced from their homes. Navigating an unexpected move is stressful, and we want to do what we can to help our local community during this transition.

Join us on May 15th from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM to learn about our sustainable living practices and get the new keypad codes for the recycling bins. We’ll have snacks and freebies, just like the last one where residents took home compost bins and water purifiers!

Get Connected 📱: Managing your home is easier than ever with the Lofted Living portal. Make sure to sign up using the email address on your lease to handle maintenance requests and payments seamlessly.
