-MAY 2026 REAL ESTATE UPDATE-
May’s numbers show a market that’s finding its balance without losing momentum. Home prices increased 4% year-over-year to $355,755, while inventory remains well below a balanced market at just 1.7 months. Although homes are taking a few more days to sell, sellers are still receiving 98.9% of their asking price, highlighting continued demand across Kalamazoo County.
