One of the most impressive architectural features of the French Renaissance castle of Château de Chambord is its famous double helix staircase. The design of the element is popularly attributed to the renown Italian Renaissance polymath Leonardo da Vinci, and we think it’s absolutely stunning 🖤

Lately, we've been using cedar shake to add a little flare to the exterior of our projects. And what's not to love about it? Cedar is naturally weather-resistant, pest-resistant, and timeless!

Subway tiled backsplashes are timeless and classic. This one here is underway in one of our duplex rental properties, soon to be grouted.

We think a nice backsplash can really make all difference, especially in tight space 😃
