I had a dream last night in which I was holding an open house for another Realtor's listing. I was told 2:15 and showed up an hour early to clean. The seller thought the open house was at 1:15. I panicked because the house wasn't going to be ready. I called the listing agent to double check the time and he didn't even know what time it was supposed to be! I was correct, it was 2:15, so I had the place cleaned I time. The first person shows up and says "Where are the drinks? I was told there would be drinks." I replied that I didn't know anything about that as it wasn't my listing. He starts wandering the house and getting into stuff; like burning the seller's candles. Turns out he's family and wants to look the place over because it's an estate sale. I also drove some super fancy antique Lincoln limo.

Today was FINALLY closing day!! We started looking in December, toured dozens of homes, were under contract several times over, but nothing stuck until this one - and we had issues right up to the closing table. This picture pretty much sums it up.
I'm so happy you guys got a house that you love, because I'm not letting you move again 🤣
