🧐🧐Take a look at Kalispell's Market 👩‍💼 over the last 3️⃣0️⃣ days!! This is including single family homes in Kalispell. There are currently 314 active listings, 103 under contract, and 73 closed listings in the last 30 days. Closed to list price was still 97% of original asking price, but it's also important to note that the average seller concessions was 💲9,252. Are we in a buyer's market? Given the spike in inventory and consistent price drops, I would say yes, but it's not 2008. Sellers still have plenty of power to negotiate.
